I pay my deepest tribute to the illustrious founder of this institution, the late Alhaj Professor Dr. A. B. M. Mafizul Islam Patwari—a distinguished visionary, educationist, and humanist. His unwavering commitment to knowledge, ethical values, and intellectual growth laid the foundation for a progressive academic environment. His ideals continue to inspire our mission, shape our academic philosophy, and guide our pursuit of excellence in postgraduate education.
