The Faculty of Science and Engineering is the largest Faculty of Dhaka International University. This Faculty consists of the following six dynamic Departments: Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Department of Pharmacy, Department of Civil Engineering, Department of Microbiology, and Department of Biochemistry and molecular Biology. The Faculty is committed to delivering innovative, inspirational and effective teaching and also engaging in research that addresses real-world problems. The graduates and members of the Faculty play a vital role in the development and implementation of various infrastructures projects of national significance and challenges.

Each of the six departments under the Faculty has well-equipped labs, network system and on-line internet connection in the computer labs, fully air-conditioned classrooms and multimedia projectors for visual presentation using computers. Besides campuses are fully covered under Wi-Fi system which is open for all.

The Faculty is actively involved in organizing special programs like conferences, seminars, workshops, job fairs, indoor and outdoor games etc. on a regular basis. Different departments maintain a strong linkage with their respective community. They regularly provide counseling services to the students on academic and related issues.
